Old Manor Catering was formed in January
2002 to meet the needs of a former client who had a
poor experience following his Independent caterer being
taken over by a large national catering company. Formed
by Nick Jones, David Newton and Owen Adams (company
secretary and accountant). All have experience of the
Catering Industry over a number of years. Nick and David
come from Kitchen trained backgrounds. Hotel, Restaurant,
Private House and Large Industrial units. Nick has managed
a number of multi site operations and David was an Operations
Manager with both independent and national contract
catering companies.
Our aim is to deliver a high standard
of food and service at a sensible price to the client,
based on achievable budgets that return a profit to
the caterer with a lasting relationship being the key
to allowing us to move the business forward and expand.
It is not the intention of the
Directors to grow the business any greater than where
they can not have practical input on the daily food
and service quality. We both have great interest in
food and believe that you should offer good quality
food and service be it in an industrial, office or directors
dining room location.
